Of cast-off dreams and broken bones, you twist and turn and make stink and putrid worms all the petty hopes and wishes of mere mortal man as he seeks to eke out what little path he may upon the black winter’s cold of lifetime’s shattered days.
I run that desperate race against existence itself sinking into the snow ever deeper as time; it closes in upon me with a cavernous hunger that devours all life.
I am the hunted in a blinding blizzard, snow burning my eyes and searing my face with burning cold.
I am the victim of an unknown karmic debt I can never escape.
